    I'm Evguenia Freider or Euguenia or Evgenia (whatever) but Jane Freider is more simple I think. So this is my home page where I want to describe a lot about me and my family.      Actually I'm Software Engineer in USA but also I'm a girl from Russia who has lovely husband Mikhail (Mike) Freider (he is from the same place). Actually we arrived to Las Cruces (New Mexico) about 3 years ago and found good and interesting job and a pretty home. It's not all of course; we've moved to the very crowdy place called New Jersey in April, 1999. And we lived in a small "town" Belle Mead for a while and has recently relocated to Washington, NJ and even more recently moved to Bridgewater, NJ. Now we live in a new house that we and our kids love so much. Also we didn't forget our relatives and friends from Russia, so we have a very intensive correspondence with them. And of course I should not forget our kids - lovely daughters Ester and Ada.

How did I grow up?

     I was born on January 1-st, 1975 in Chelyabinsk (official cite), Russia. Years before school I spent in the kindergarten and had a lot of fun with my family and friends.
     I studied at 109 school in Chelyabinsk (1982-1992). I've got a diploma with honor after 8 years of study and silver medal after 10 years (at the end of a high school). At that time I liked mathematics, informatics (computer science of that days), and physics a lot which defined my choice of profession. During study at school I tried a lot of other things like gymnastics, dance, studied how to play piano, and even a circus club.
    Next I had pretty difficult and interesting years at the ChGTU, Chelyabinsk (1992-1997). There I've got Master degree in Applied Mathematics and diploma with honor. 

What is my family?

   Actually I have 2 families: one is inherited family, second is my own. First family contains my parents, my sister and me. Also I have many relatives that are part of our big family. Here is my closest family: All of them and my aunts and uncles are in Russia and we are separated by Atlantic ocean and couple of countries.
   Second family has grown significantly and my husband and I have 2 daughters now. Our older daughter Ester was born on August 28, 2002 and so she just became a 5 years old. Our youngest daugther Ada was born on March 11, 2005 and became a little cute toddler now. She is 2.5 year old already! Also we just celebrated our 11 years wedding anniversary last summer. The main date is August, 10-th, 1996. We had our wedding on a hot summer day in our native Chelyabinsk. It was beautiful and happy!!!
   BTW, I have a wonderful news about my family now. My sister Sofia and her 5 years old daughter Anastasia has arrived to USA last year. They were staying at our house but moved to their own apartment last fall. My sister lives in Edison and commutes to northern NJ to work. Now I'll be able to chat with her anytime! Nevertheless my parents and grandma are still in Russia :-(
    Both Mike and I are Software Engineers and recently changed jobs. Mike now works in the city at Bloomberg and I've just started to work at CNET Networks. I'm really happy that their office is in Bridgewater and I don't need to commute very far...

What are our interests?

   We have many interests: love, books, and movies, and photography. We both love to read books but I like fiction, classic and sci-fi literature while Mike prefers professional books (programming, algorithms and etc.). I think our views about movies are pretty similar: we both like science fiction, action and comedy, but of course Mike likes also horror (which I hate) and I like romantic movies (which Mike doesn't pay attention to).
   Las Cruces was a great place for movies and partially for books. The problem is we didn't have a lot of time to read because of our work... I think we both like our job and we think we made a right choice to move here. In another case how could I work there at night sometime?
   What else do I like?  Definitely I like shaping (or fitness, or aerobics) or anything is capable to improve my shape and health. Also I do like dancing and love to go to clubs but don't do it often because Mike is not fond of them and we have kids and other responsibilities now :-( Nevertheless last 5 years I was doing yoga and really enjoying it. Of course yoga improves physical health but it also affects the mind and mood in a very positive way. If you feel tired and sick often just try yoga, it might solve your problem! Also after Ada was born I wanted to get back in shape fast and I started jogging. Now I run 2-3.5 miles every day and feel strong :-)
Hmm, what's about food? I think we like to taste and try different kind of foods. Sushi and mexican food probably share first place in our list :-)
   And we both love to travel in USA and abroad, money is always a problem but we still try. We already have visited several european countries and even Egypt but there are so many more we still want and plan to see! You can read about our trips here.
   What does Mike like? Hmm, I know, don't worry. First, he likes all about programming, it's his job and a hobby. Second, he likes cars... He likes to read about them everywhere, he likes to see them, to drive them and ...Third, he takes an interest in electronics, he can spend a lot time to see and research their abilities. I almost forgot about his enthusiasm in military planes, ships, tanks and etc. (boy's stuff). And he also loves make photos of me and others :-) Photography is a big hobby for Mike. He knows a lot about it now. He changed several photo cameras and now shoots everything in the digital format. He is very good at shooting portraits and flowers :-) I almost forgot about fitness. Last year Mike lost 20 lb as he started to workout every day twice a day. He runs 3 miles with me now and does some exercises with weigths.
